Workshop Coordinator

About the role

ALBA CARS is seeking a proactive Workshop Coordinator to oversee vehicle repairs and preparation across partner workshops. You will ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and support showroom operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle repairs and preparation with external workshops, meeting quality and turnaround targets.
• Arrange vehicle pick‑up and drop‑off between the showroom and workshops, working closely with recovery teams.
• Monitor repair and maintenance timelines, resolving delays and workflow issues.
• Liaise with the sales team to address last‑minute vehicle needs before handover.
• Manage parts procurement, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records using internal tracking systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce lead times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in workshop, logistics or coordination roles.
• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with workflow tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with external partners.

• Salary range: 3,000 – 4,000 AED per month (based on experience).
