AI Agents Solutions Architect - HR

About the role

We are looking for an AI Agents Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven workflows for our People team. You will turn fragmented HR processes into autonomous, agentic solutions that serve thousands of employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI‑powered HR solutions that integrate with HRIS, ATS, payroll and ticketing systems.
• Build multi‑agent workflows using n8n, Claude API, Python and MCP, incorporating tool use, function calling and multi‑step reasoning.
• Implement robust error handling, audit trails, payroll‑calendar awareness and human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints.
• Ensure compliance with data classification, employee PII, and cross‑jurisdictional privacy requirements.
• Own governance and risk management for all People AI systems, including risk tier classification, process ownership, data flow documentation and access controls.
• Maintain audit logging and documentation for regulated employee data and payroll‑adjacent workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production‑grade AI/LLM solutions.
• Strong background in HR systems integration and workflow automation.
• Ability to balance technical implementation with governance, risk and compliance considerations.
