About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to support the group sales team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. The role focuses on converting leads, negotiating group and event bookings, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, revenue, and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to group and event inquiries and prepare customized proposals.
- Negotiate rates, terms and conditions to secure bookings.
- Maintain follow‑ups and convert leads, providing regular updates to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Manage lead data accurately in Delphi, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Participate in on‑site inspections, internal meetings and MICE sales strategy sessions.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to align group pricing with hotel revenue goals.
- Uphold service level agreements and deliver excellent customer service across internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Experience in hotel or hospitality group sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate database management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, revenue and operations teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Delphi for lead tracking.
