About the role

The Launch Graduate Program at Mastercard offers an 18‑month development journey for recent graduates. As an Associate Analyst – Sales you will join the Dubai team, supporting sales operations through data analysis, reporting and insight generation to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and databases to support decision‑making.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimise sales strategies.

Required profile

• Available to start on 1 September 2026.
• Final‑year undergraduate or master’s student, or graduate no earlier than September 2025.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strategic and conceptual thinking with the ability to multi‑task.
• High‑energy, can‑do attitude and strong sense of ownership.
