Associate Creative Director (Design & Brand)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead design and brand initiatives for our client IT‑MNC. The role spans six months with the possibility of extension, offering the chance to shape premium visual identities across print, digital, retail and motion.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute brand‑led design projects from brief to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive identity systems and visual storytelling assets.
• Provide hands‑on art direction and high‑quality design execution, ensuring typographic and craft excellence.
• Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead creative workshops and present design solutions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in branding, design studios or in‑house creative teams.
• Strong conceptual thinking with refined craft and aesthetic sensibility.
• Proven ability to lead projects and guide designers through the full creative process.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual execution skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
