Associate Director, Corporate Sales, Markets & Securities Services

About the role

HSBC is seeking an Associate Director to lead Corporate Sales for its Markets & Securities Services division. You will serve strategic and focus clients, delivering market‑driven solutions and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop profitability of allocated client portfolios while ensuring high‑quality service.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, guiding them from inception through post‑trade execution.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Global Payment Services and Global Trade Services to broaden share of wallet.
• Champion cost‑of‑service improvements and digital adoption, including e‑capability and process efficiencies.
• Provide day‑to‑day sales coverage using the full suite of Corporate Sales offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate sales within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of global markets, securities services and transaction banking.
• Ability to manage senior client relationships and drive revenue targets.
• Track record of implementing efficiency initiatives and digital tools.
