Associate – Ethraa Graduate Program for UAE Nationals

About the role

Emirates Investment Bank PJSC is launching the Ethraa Graduate Program for UAE nationals. Selected associates will start in a full‑time position and then join a six‑month structured training journey at the Emirates Institute of Finance, designed to develop specialised banking expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Begin employment in a critical function of the bank (e.g., Wealth Management, Treasury, Compliance, IT, Risk Management).
• Participate in the Foundation Phase to acquire fundamental banking knowledge.
• Progress to the Specialisation Phase, focusing on the chosen domain while receiving mentoring and coaching.
• Complete the Certification Phase to obtain international professional qualifications.
• Engage in hands‑on projects and collaborative learning throughout the program.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Banking & Finance preferred).
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Graduating class of 2024 or later; fresher or less than one year of experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Male candidates must have completed National Service.
