Associate – Project Management (UAE National Graduate)

About the role

Emirates Investment Bank is seeking a UAE national graduate to join its Project Management team as part of the Ethraa graduate programme. The role combines on‑the‑job training with a six‑month structured learning journey that includes international certifications and hands‑on project work.

Key responsibilities

• Support project tracking and coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Document business requirements, process flows and other project artefacts.
• Coordinate meetings, monitor action items and ensure deliverables are met.
• Liaise with business, IT, operations, risk and compliance stakeholders.
• Assist with UAT, project implementation and post‑go‑live issue tracking.
• Contribute to change‑management activities such as communications and training.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Banking/Finance preferred).
• GPA of 2.7 or higher.
• Graduating class of 2024 or later; fresher or less than one year of experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Male candidates must have completed National Service.
• Preferred studies in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
