Bilingual Student Recruiter (Arabic & English)

About the role

Abu Dhabi University is looking for a dynamic, bilingual Student Recruiter to join the Admissions, Enrollment & IRO department at its Abu Dhabi campus. Reporting to the Associate Director for Admissions and Recruitment, this full‑time administrative position will drive strategic recruitment initiatives to attract and engage prospective students.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aimed at increasing student interest and enrollment.
• Engage prospective students through personalized outreach and relationship‑building activities.
• Support the university’s goals of meeting enrollment targets, enhancing student diversity, and maintaining a high‑quality applicant pipeline.
• Provide applicants with accurate information and guidance throughout the admissions process.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivated, dedicated and able to work in a fast‑paced academic environment.
