Brand Advocacy Manager – Color Wow

About the role

The Brand Advocacy Manager for Color Wow will shape the brand’s social media presence and community engagement in the UAE. Reporting to the Brand Business Leader, you will own influencer relationships and drive the brand to become the most talked‑about hair‑care name across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a localized social‑media and advocacy strategy aligned with global guidelines.
• Identify, build, and activate a diverse network of influencers and content creators, managing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Develop and manage buzz‑worthy online and offline advocacy events that generate conversation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data‑driven insights to optimise ROI.

Required profile

• Creative and strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the Middle‑East social‑media landscape.
• Proven ability to build authentic relationships and vibrant online communities.
