About the role

Ampsy Consultancy LLC is looking for a Business Consultant / Business Setup Advisor to support clients in establishing and growing their companies in the UAE. The role combines sales, client advisory, and coordination with free‑zone authorities to ensure smooth business formation.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle sales inquiries from phone, email, chat, in‑person visits and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and updates in the CRM system.
  • Guide clients through the business setup process, explaining company structures, licensing options, eligibility requirements and free‑zone regulations.
  • Expand business opportunities by attending industry events, networking sessions and meetups.
  • Mentor and support new consultants and business‑setup firms to improve their sales capabilities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with channel partners and coordinate with free‑zone authorities.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Use CRM tools to monitor, assess and improve sales performance.
  • Stay informed about company services, industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Generate and present detailed monthly reports comparing sales achievements with lead generation data.
  • Liaise with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research, including mystery shopping.
  • Provide end‑to‑end customer service from inquiry to business incorporation and visa acquisition.
  • Ensure high client conversion rates while maintaining overall customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver clear, accurate information regarding services, fees and regulatory obligations.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and authorities.
  • Knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing and free‑zone regulations.
  • Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
  • Team player who can collaborate with compliance, operations and other internal teams.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads and sales performance.
