Construction Project Manager & Engineer Roles – UAE

About the role

Rukn Mirage LLC is expanding its UAE construction team and is seeking experienced professionals for several senior and junior positions, including Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineer and Junior Site Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction projects from planning through hand‑over.
• Manage site activities, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare progress reports, cost estimates and schedule updates.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain quality standards, health‑safety protocols and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• UAE construction industry experience (mandatory for all roles).
• Minimum experience: 15 years for Project Manager, 12 years for Construction Manager, 10 years for Project Engineer, 3 years for Site Engineer, 2 years for Junior Site Engineer.
• DM‑approved engineers and villa‑community project experience are preferred.
• Strong English communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and join immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
