Corporate Tax Advisory Manager – UAE

About the role

PwC is seeking a high‑performing Manager to join its Corporate Tax team in the United Arab Emirates, working from either the Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of UAE and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery of complex corporate tax engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, including tax returns, group restructuring and business model optimisation.
• Prepare technical analyses, engagement deliverables and client communications ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Interpret and apply UAE corporate tax law, Cabinet/Ministerial Decisions, FTA guidance, free‑zone regimes and relevant international tax principles.
• Collaborate with Indirect Tax, Legal, Deals and Assurance teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Identify business development opportunities, shape proposals, price and scope engagements, and present to prospective clients.
• Contribute to thought leadership, client alerts, internal technical training and market eminence.

Required profile

• Qualified professional with several years of experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engagement teams and deliver high‑quality client service.
• Strong understanding of UAE corporate tax legislation and international tax principles.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
