Customer Experience and Growth Intern

About the role

Join Stranger Soccer’s fast‑growing UAE team as a Customer Experience and Growth Intern. You will work directly with the UAE Business Owner and the Singapore headquarters to enhance game hosting, player experience, and community engagement across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Host selected football games weekly, ensuring a smooth, fun, and safe experience for players.
• Collect and analyse player feedback to continuously improve the service.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, venue communication, and onboarding of new players.
• Support recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new Official Hosts.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Observe games and suggest format tweaks, warm‑ups, and post‑game activities.
• Research football communities, universities, corporates, and potential partners in Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
• Help organise promotional events, community activations, and social media content.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about football and community building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
