Customer Service Agent – Airport & Marhaba Services

About the role

Join the Emirates Group’s Customer Service team, providing front‑line assistance to travellers at Dubai International Airport and across the group’s Marhaba services. You will be the first friendly face for passengers, helping them navigate check‑in, boarding, arrivals and baggage handling.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers at the airport, guiding them through check‑in, security, boarding and baggage services.
• Support lounge customers, families, unaccompanied minors and passengers requiring extra assistance.
• Deliver a personalized experience for VIP guests and Marhaba service users across check‑in, immigration, boarding and baggage.
• Collaborate with airport operations and other Emirates Group entities to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Required profile

• Passionate about travel and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to undergo extensive training on systems and service standards.
