Director of Residences

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Residences to lead the residential operations of our luxury hotel brand in Dubai. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional living experiences, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operational strategy aligned with the brand’s business objectives.
• Monitor owner and guest satisfaction data, create action plans and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee property operations, including public space maintenance, engineering, housekeeping and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct regular building tours, engage with owners, team members and stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Implement sustainable processes, ensure life‑safety, loss‑prevention and privacy standards.
• Maintain comprehensive inventories of owner information, parking, dues, newsletters and hotel services.
• Review financial statements and budgets to ensure the residence meets performance targets.
• Communicate departmental goals clearly and lead a dynamic team to achieve results.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in residential or hospitality property management.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and lead cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with property management systems and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of life‑safety, loss‑prevention and privacy regulations.
