About the role
We are looking for motivated UAE nationals to join our team as entry‑level Customer Service Representatives. This position offers fresh graduates and early‑career professionals hands‑on experience in handling customer interactions across multiple channels while supporting business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in‑person.
- Address inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Support administrative tasks such as order processing, account updates, and service requests.
- Adhere to company policies, service standards, and performance metrics.
Required profile
- UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory.
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 0‑2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
