Executive Accountant

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Executive Accountant position is based in Dubai. The role is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, tax compliance, and payroll processing while supporting the organization’s financial stability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and produce timely financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other financial standards.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, handle accounts payable/receivable, and perform reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and local accounting standards.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
