Finance Operations Manager

About the role

Humantra is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of its finance function. You will ensure that money moves efficiently, safely, and with strong controls across supplier payments, expense management, collections, and financial tracking as the company scales across eCommerce, retail, Amazon, and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable across multiple sales channels, including invoicing larger partners and following up on overdue balances.
• Coordinate with commercial and operations teams to resolve payment issues and maintain visibility of receivable balances.
• Oversee supplier payment cycles, ensuring payments align with approved purchase orders and internal approval processes.
• Maintain clear payment schedules, prioritize payment runs, and enforce operational controls around payment approvals.
• Produce rolling short‑term cash‑flow forecasts and track expected inflows from collections and outflows from supplier payments.
• Support liquidity monitoring and provide insights to the Head of Finance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations or similar roles, preferably within fast‑growing, multi‑channel businesses.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex financial processes and data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with commercial, operations, and finance teams.
• Comfort with a fast‑paced environment and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
