Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager – Bangkok (Relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join its Finance team in Bangkok. You will work closely with senior leaders to provide data‑driven insights that support rapid growth and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop insightful analysis, dashboards and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team.
• Support the forecast and budgeting processes across the organisation.
• Drive performance monitoring, build long‑term financial plans and manage regular reporting.
• Collaborate with key business leaders and the broader Finance organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Motivated to make a significant impact during a dynamic growth phase.
