Founder / Co‑Founder – Startup (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Founder or Co‑Founder to launch and scale an innovative startup in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, strategic and passionate about building high‑impact businesses from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s vision, strategy and growth roadmap.
• Identify market opportunities and develop innovative business solutions.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with investors, clients and stakeholders.
• Lead fundraising efforts and maintain investor relations.
• Recruit, mentor and manage a high‑performing team.
• Oversee operations, business development and market expansion.
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive sustainable growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities and meetings.

Required profile

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Experience in startups, business development, strategy or management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Problem‑solving orientation with a focus on execution and results.
• Knowledge of the UAE business ecosystem is a plus.
