Front Office Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Front Office Agent to join the Resort Tower Operations team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, a luxury beachfront resort under construction in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering Forbes Five‑Star service to guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle room assignments.
• Process billing inquiries, respond to guest requests, and promote upgrades or packages.
• Provide information on resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate guest records while protecting personal data.
• Uphold brand standards, keep the front desk area clean and organized, and follow safety protocols.
• Support VIP arrivals and special requests with personalized attention.

Required profile

• Previous front office or guest services experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and guest‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle luggage or amenities.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
