About the role
We are looking for a proactive Front Office & Office Manager to lead workplace services in our Dubai office. The role ensures a safe, well‑maintained, and efficient environment while coordinating vendors and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily workplace operations, including housekeeping, security, and office administration.
- Manage office supplies, seating allocation, and employee experience enhancements.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety systems.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans to minimise service interruptions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and environmental standards; conduct audits and risk assessments.
- Optimize workspace utilization, plan layouts, and supervise fit‑out, refurbishment, and relocation projects.
- Prepare and monitor workplace budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and report performance to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities/Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in workplace management, corporate real estate, or facility operations, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and multitasking skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with workplace management tools and vendor management platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
