About the role
This internship offers university students a hands‑on experience in the Front Office of a luxury resort. You will be immersed in Marriott’s culture and learn the day‑to‑day operations that keep a hotel running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm first impression.
- Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Support reservation and booking processes.
- Learn to use the property management system under supervision.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to maintain service standards.
Required profile
- Current university student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑service orientation and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Availability for a full‑time internship period.
