Graduate Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Architect to join our project team and support the on‑site supervision of architectural and interior design works. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across a variety of building types while working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise contractor’s architectural and interior design activities on‑site.
• Inspect works, review and comment on submittals, and forward them to designers for response.
• Obtain samples and quotations when required and prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate architectural and interior design tasks with other disciplines and manage technical input during construction.
• Review daily inspector reports, contribute to weekly and monthly project reports, and authorise material submittal comments.
• Report quality non‑conformances, assist in their closure, and flag safety violations to the HSE Manager.
• Maintain and control project documentation, develop client relationships, and supervise junior team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with residential, leisure, hotel, retail, office or mixed‑use projects.
• Ability to interpret specifications, client requirements and constructability considerations.
• Desirable experience in the Middle East.
