Graduate Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing Program

About the role

We are seeking Emirati engineering graduates to join a structured development programme within a leading FMCG manufacturer in the UAE. The role provides hands‑on exposure to food production, supply chain and quality functions, building a solid foundation for future specialist or leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations, production planning and line‑efficiency improvement projects.
• Assist with supply and demand planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics to ensure product availability and cost optimisation.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of quality systems, including HACCP, ISO standards and food‑safety compliance.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives targeting productivity, waste reduction, safety and customer service.
• Analyse operational and process data to identify bottlenecks and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Quality, Commercial) to achieve operational KPIs.
• Support reporting, documentation and process‑standardisation activities across assigned departments.

Required profile

• Emirati national (Emiratization).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Food, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0‑3 years of experience in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, quality or related fields; internships or graduation projects in a manufacturing environment are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in factory, warehouse or operational settings and to cover shifts when required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and ISO food‑safety standards.
• Understanding of food‑safety compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyse process and operational data.
