Graduate Product Owner (UX) Programme 2027

About the role

Revolut is looking for ambitious graduates to join its 12‑month Graduate Programme as Product Owner (UX). You will work on real fintech projects, support senior product owners and help shape the next generation of financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior Product Owners with strategy, roadmaps and feature planning.
• Gather and analyse user feedback, market data and other insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Operations to deliver initiatives from concept to launch.
• Create clear product requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Conduct user testing, iterate on features and track progress.
• Share updates with global teams and present outcomes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in fintech and product development.
• Entrepreneurial, analytical and passionate about building products customers love.
• Willing to relocate to a Revolut tech hub (Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE or UK) and work on‑site several days a week.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
