Guest Services Associate

About the role

As a Guest Services Associate you will be the first point of contact for visitors at Miral Experiences' award‑winning attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will greet guests, manage queues, sell tickets and services, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable entry and exit experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, addressing each visitor as an individual.
• Operate a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system to sell tickets, attractions, and merchandise.
• Handle cash, vouchers, credit cards and accepted foreign currencies, balancing the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
• Maintain queue lanes efficiently and manage turnstiles to facilitate guest flow.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on pricing, promotions, and showtimes.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products and services to maximise revenue.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly in line with the company’s complaint policy.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment and adapt to Abu Dhabi weather.
• Strong attention to detail and cash‑handling accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Point of Sale (POS) system.
