Human Resources Executive – Emiratisation Lead

About the role

This position is dedicated to advancing the Emiratisation agenda within the organization. The successful candidate will act as a champion for Emirati talent, ensuring a positive employee experience and aligning workforce development with national objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Emiratisation initiatives across the business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Emirati employees, fostering engagement and satisfaction.
• Partner with business leaders to support recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of Emirati talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, universities, and career platforms.
• Monitor and report on Emiratisation targets, compliance requirements, and performance metrics.
• Identify training and career development opportunities for Emirati staff.
• Drive long‑term growth initiatives, succession planning, and talent development programs.

Required profile

• Open to UAE nationals (UAEN) only.
• Proven experience in HR, Emiratisation, employee engagement, or talent development.
• Strong understanding of labour‑market trends and Emiratisation regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
