Information Technology Support Technician – Arabic

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Information Technology Support Technician to provide first‑line assistance for our website, mobile app, and other digital services. You will act as the primary point of contact for users experiencing login, payment, authentication, or navigation issues, ensuring a smooth and secure experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support for web and mobile applications via the Service Desk platform.
• Assist users with login problems, payment errors, authentication challenges, and system navigation.
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot application, database, browser, and device compatibility issues.
• Monitor system performance and report critical incidents.
• Create user manuals, FAQs, and training materials; conduct user training sessions.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather user feedback.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain support documentation and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or service‑desk roles.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
