Information Technology Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Information Technology Support Technician to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to our clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operation of managed devices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for hardware, software and networking problems.
• Configure, deploy and maintain devices using JAMF, Intune, Airwatch/Workspace ONE and other MDM solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve client tickets in a timely manner while maintaining clear communication.
• Document incidents, solutions and maintain knowledge base records.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with JAMF (certification preferred).
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Intune, Airwatch or Workspace ONE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑service orientation.
