Interior Designer – Client Relationship Lead

About the role

EVA Interiors is looking for a senior Interior Designer who will act as the primary strategic liaison between clients and our design and project teams. You will ensure that creative, functional, and commercially viable design solutions are delivered while maintaining long‑term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, managing communication, presentations, negotiations and project updates.
• Translate client vision, requirements and budget into clear deliverables for the design team.
• Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers and Planning Engineers to align design intent with execution.
• Track milestones, identify risks and ensure timely resolution throughout concept, design and delivery phases.
• Support proposal writing, RFP responses and tender submissions in collaboration with Business Development and Marketing.
• Mentor junior Relationship Managers and share best practices in client communication and project tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 7–10 years of client‑facing experience in interior design or architecture, preferably in the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of design processes, project delivery cycles and commercial terms.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills; Arabic is a plus.
