Interior Designer & Product Manager

About the role

Arteco Ceramics is seeking an Interior Designer & Product Manager to lead its design department, create compelling showroom displays, and support sales initiatives across the UAE luxury tile market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the structure and performance of the design department, ensuring efficiency and success.
• Recruit and onboard design talent such as draftsmen and interior designers.
• Manage the design team to deliver client‑focused concepts, documentation, measurements, and feedback on schedule.
• Design and refresh showroom displays to attract customers and boost sales.
• Develop concept designs that meet client requirements using company materials.
• Assist the sales team and conduct direct customer sales when needed.
• Train draftsmen to improve the quality of renders and drawings.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
• Minimum three years of experience in furniture, kitchen, or building‑materials design.
• Proven ability to discuss and plan designs with clients.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• 3Ds Max or equivalent 3D rendering software
• Other rendering tools as applicable
