IT Engineer – Infrastructure & Cloud

About the role

The IT Engineer will design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot the Group’s technology infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient operation across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enterprise hardware, software, servers and network infrastructure, including installation, configuration, upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Support virtualization platforms, server environments and enterprise applications to maintain high availability.
• Administer cloud‑based productivity and collaboration platforms, assist with cloud integration, migrations and resource provisioning.
• Implement IT security policies, configure firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection and email security solutions.
• Perform system maintenance, patch management, backup operations and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure stable communication environments.
• Utilize AI‑powered automation tools to improve operational workflows and support digital workplace solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for technology integration, procurement and project implementation.
