IT Engineer – IT Operations & Infrastructure

About the role

Analog is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented IT Engineer to own and scale its internal IT infrastructure and operations. You will ensure secure, reliable, and efficient systems that enable the team to work at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle (MDM, procurement, configuration, asset tracking) and maintain IT documentation.
• Administer identity and access management (SSO, MFA, role‑based access) and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Maintain and optimise the core SaaS stack (Microsoft Suite, Slack, Notion, Jira) and monitor system performance.
• Support networking infrastructure (VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewall configurations) and partner with security on endpoint protection, patching, and compliance.
• Implement endpoint security tools (EDR, disk encryption) and support audit readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Oversee IT procurement, vendor relationships, licensing, and budget tracking.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure.
• Hands‑on, self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on security and compliance.
