IT Support Analyst – First Level Technical Assistance

About the role

We are looking for an Analyst – IT Support to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will provide first‑level technical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of user devices, software applications and basic system services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and standard business software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and operating system incidents.
• Assist with new user onboarding, including device setup, configuration and access provisioning.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting for connectivity and access issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, documentation and routine system checks.
• Escalate complex incidents, outages or security concerns to senior IT teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of operating systems, business software and basic networking concepts.
• Experience using IT ticketing systems and following structured support procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Effective communication skills for assisting non‑technical users.
