IT Support Specialist – Mid Level

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level IT Support Specialist to maintain and enhance the IT infrastructure for our fitness brands across Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The role involves day‑to‑day user support, system administration, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows‑based servers, workstations, and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Maintain Active Directory, file servers, user accounts, and group policies.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
• Monitor network performance, apply security updates, and manage antivirus/endpoint protection.
• Perform regular backups, disaster‑recovery checks, and ensure data integrity.
• Support IT projects including system upgrades, network improvements, and onboarding/off‑boarding processes.
• Document IT procedures, manage asset inventory, and keep support records up to date.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, software licensing, and technical support cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support and system administration.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified (MCSA/MD‑100/MD‑101), ITIL.
• Female candidates and holders of a driver’s license are highly preferred.
