IT System Administrator – UAE

About the role

Infosys is seeking an IT System Administrator to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will work as a Technology Analyst, driving the design, development, and delivery of secure, high‑quality IT solutions for banking and infrastructure clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary developer on applications, conducting requirement analysis and defining development modules.
• Lead execution of projects to ensure superior outcomes and defect‑free solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver innovative IT services.
• Manage IT operations and security controls, including cloud security, application security, change management, disaster recovery, datacenter operations, information security, and networking.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of banking and infrastructure technology.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
• Strong ethical conduct, business acumen, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with extensive stakeholder interaction.

Required skills

• Cloud security, application security, change management, disaster recovery, datacenter operations, information security, networks.
• Familiarity with standards and regulations such as NESA, GDPR, MAS, HKMA, NIST 800‑53, COBIT, ISO 27001, OWASP, ITILv3, CSA.
