K-12 Teacher Trainer (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced K-12 Teacher Trainer who is fluent in Arabic to deliver high‑impact training on English Language Arts or Mathematics. You will work with educators to help them integrate our curriculum materials and digital tools into everyday classroom practice.

Key responsibilities

• Design, customize and update training modules, presentations and resources aligned with current curriculum standards.
• Deliver engaging workshops, webinars and on‑site sessions for teachers and school leaders.
• Provide guidance on product implementation, classroom management and development of educator soft skills.
• Stay current with educational research, standards such as CCSS, NGSS and CEFR, and emerging instructional technologies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to promote solutions and gather feedback.
• Represent the organization at conferences, seminars and other industry events.

Required profile

• Proven teaching or training experience in K-12 English Language Arts or Mathematics.
• Strong knowledge of relevant curriculum standards and teaching methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject area.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and travel for on‑site training.
• High empathy, cultural awareness and resilience under pressure.
