L1 IT Support Engineer (Dubai)

About the role

The L1 IT Support Engineer will provide on‑site desktop and user support for clients in Dubai. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve assigned desktop issues and perform end‑user support on client sites.
• Install, configure, and maintain applications such as Autodesk, AutoCAD and other architecture software.
• Manage Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2012‑2022) environments, including Active Directory, GPO, DHCP and DNS.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Outlook, and Office 365 email problems.
• Support Azure, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, and cloud backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis).
• Diagnose LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi AP, printer, video‑conferencing, and CCTV/NVR/DVR systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain asset and inventory documentation.
• Identify process improvements and suggest procedural enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk roles.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCITP, MCSA or CCNA.
