Leasing Consultant – Residential & Commercial Resale

About the role

Tanami Properties is seeking a driven Leasing Consultant to manage resale listings of residential and commercial properties across Dubai. You will guide clients through the transaction process, connect buyers with investment opportunities, and support the company’s growth in the secondary market.

Key responsibilities

• Handle resale listings, including residential units, plots, villas and townhouses.
• Prospect, source and secure new resale listings and property owners.
• Conduct property valuations, market analysis and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and landlords.
• Arrange property viewings, negotiate offers and close deals.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, community developments and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and follow up on all leads.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and team to achieve monthly targets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends and resale procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Proven track record of closing resale deals.
• Based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving licence.
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Geniemap, Property Monitor, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
• Experience using digital marketing platforms for property promotion.
