Legal Advisor – Strategic Role in Dubai

About the role

We are a leading technology organisation based in Dubai seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join our leadership team. The role is strategic, providing legal guidance and risk management across a broad range of business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage commercial contracts and agreements to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Provide legal and regulatory advice to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
• Implement and oversee compliance and governance frameworks throughout the organisation.
• Identify potential legal risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and Operations to align business and legal objectives.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on policies and processes.
• Support and mentor junior members of the legal team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably within multinational or technology‑focused organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law and licensed or eligible to practice in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and regional laws with the ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business advice.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic – spoken and written.
