Manager Pricing Distribution & Projects

About the role

The Manager Pricing Distribution & Projects will lead strategic pricing initiatives, automation and process improvements across Etihad Airways. This role is accountable for scoping, prioritising and delivering projects that directly impact revenue and operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end pricing and filing processes, ensuring documentation, approval and communication to stakeholders.
• Partner with DTI to identify, prioritise and deliver automation opportunities, defining timelines and measurable efficiency gains.
• Implement AI‑driven solutions to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort and boost team productivity.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for pricing workstreams, defining program timelines, dependencies and success criteria.
• Lead cross‑functional planning, assess system enhancements and ensure on‑time delivery of initiatives.
• Manage the Pricing Distribution and Fare Filing team to meet service level agreements and define KPIs.
• Engage senior stakeholders to present strategic contributions of pricing programmes.
• Develop reports to track initiative progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of overall experience, including 3 years in aviation.
• In‑depth knowledge of Amadeus systems and GDS preferred.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
