Market Excellence Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Market Excellence Designer to translate AMOUAGE’s brand identity into compelling retail experiences worldwide. The role will create visual assets, support activations and ensure high‑quality execution across point‑of‑sale, gifting, events and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets such as POSM, VIP boxes, e‑commerce packaging, gifting items, leaflets and brochures.
• Adapt designs to local market specifications while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare technical files, specifications and manage production with suppliers, reviewing samples to meet quality standards.
• Coordinate timelines and budgets with the Market Excellence coordinator to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with the Brand Experience team to align assets with campaign concepts and launch strategies.
• Work with in‑store and merchandising teams to develop activation concepts, implementation guidelines and benchmark best‑in‑class retail experiences.
• Monitor activation performance (engagement, traffic, sell‑out) and produce clear guidelines for local markets, including videos and tutorials.
• Conceive innovative consumer experiences for retail events, pop‑ups and immersive brand installations.

Required profile

• Strong ability to coordinate across internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.
• Attention to detail to ensure consistency and high‑quality execution of retail assets.
• Proactive mindset to anticipate technical constraints such as materials, durability and logistics.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
