Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative promotes Julphar’s pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare providers, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders within an assigned territory. Acting as a trusted advisor, the representative helps customers make informed buying decisions by offering therapeutic solutions that meet their clinical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets within the defined budget and timeline.
• Develop and manage the assigned territory, including customers, retailers and key stakeholders.
• Implement the company’s sales and marketing plan, covering call frequency and visit schedules.
• Maintain daily and monthly reports, CRM updates and customer feedback.
• Organise audio‑visual activities and promotional events for healthcare professionals.
• Stay current with clinical data, competitor activities and market intelligence.
• Utilise promotional tools and free medical samples to drive sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and prospect for new customers.
