Medical Science Liaison

About the role

You will act as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals across the United Arab Emirates. You will build strong clinical relationships, share balanced medical evidence, and gather insights to shape medical strategy while collaborating closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical and Commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted, scientific relationships with clinicians, investigators and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Share accurate, balanced and timely scientific information in one‑to‑one exchanges, educational meetings and scientific forums.
• Capture and report clinical and practice insights to inform evidence generation and local medical plans.
• Support investigator‑initiated and company‑sponsored clinical research, including site identification and feasibility discussions.
• Plan and deliver advisory boards, scientific meetings and training for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Ensure all activities follow local regulations and company governance for compliant, non‑promotional medical engagement.
• Represent Medical Affairs professionally in all field interactions and partner respectfully with external experts.
• Translate field insights into actionable recommendations to support medical strategy and clinical development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and insights using agreed tools and processes.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with colleagues in Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations and Commercial teams.
• Promote a culture of ethical, transparent and patient‑focused scientific exchange.
• Manage time and priorities to cover an assigned geographical area effectively.

Required profile

• Degree in life sciences.
