Offshore Project Supervisor – Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Offshore Project Supervisor to act as the primary interface with our client on an offshore installation. The role involves coordinating daily operations, supervising crew, and ensuring safe, efficient performance of all plant equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day offshore operations and maximise equipment uptime safely.
• Plan, assign and delegate daily tasks, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Manage and participate in morning calls, daily reports and end‑of‑well summaries.
• Ensure completion of equipment check‑sheets, routine inspections and proper housekeeping.
• Maintain HSEQ standards, monitor equipment condition and manage spare‑stock levels.
• Develop and sustain positive client relationships through regular briefings and service optimisation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within oil & gas or related energy sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience in offshore/on‑shore drilling waste or process operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, allocate work and manage staff performance.
• Basic Offshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training (TBOSIET) certification.

Required skills

• TBOSIET offshore safety certification.
• Ability to operate internal digital platforms and reporting systems.
• Strong knowledge of offshore process equipment and HSEQ procedures.
