Operational Training Partner - Cargo Operations

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking an Operational Training Partner to design, develop and deliver critical training solutions for cargo and ramp operations. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, ensuring that training meets regulatory standards and enhances the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver operational and regulatory training on cargo operations and dangerous goods to meet compliance requirements.
• Provide learning experiences that align with Emirates Group Learning Experience Standards.
• Manage training delivery and assessments in line with Learning and Talent Standards.
• Periodically review and update training programs to reflect business changes and regulatory updates.
• Maintain subject‑matter expertise through regular engagement with relevant business units.
• Update training records to ensure ongoing regulatory and operational compliance.
• Continuously improve facilitation skills and deliver training at outstations when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training and/or Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.
• Recent experience (within the last 5 years) in cargo operational training facilitation.
• Proven ability to take initiative, work independently and deliver effective results.
• Strong relationship‑management and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to thrive in a changing business environment.
• Expert facilitator with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Digitally literate and supportive of digital transformation in employee experience.
• Critical thinker who questions the status quo and uses data to drive improvements.
