Operations & Container Booking Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Marlloyd Shipping Line L.L.C is seeking a motivated Operations & Container Booking Coordinator to join its remote team. You will be responsible for managing container bookings, securing vessel space, and ensuring smooth shipment flows while communicating with customers, shipping lines, and agents in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Book containers and reserve vessel space through shipping and port platforms.
• Coordinate daily with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and agents.
• Monitor shipment progress and container movements.
• Prepare and handle operational shipping documents.
• Follow up on procedures using platforms such as Dubai Trade, DP World, and carrier portals.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations.
• Proven experience in container booking and vessel space reservations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
