Operations Executive – Travel & Tourism

About the role

The Operations Executive will lead the day‑to‑day operational activities of One Life Tourism, ensuring smooth service delivery for our travel and visa solutions. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to align operational workflows.
• Monitor client interactions and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Support the preparation of operational reports and data analysis for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, team members, and partners.
• Analytical mindset for problem‑solving and data‑driven decisions.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Dubai and UAE travel regulations is advantageous.
